Face Pro Instructions

How do I use the Face Pro?

  1. Apply your skincare product evenly on your skin.
  2. Long press the button for 2 seconds. The device should turn on.
  3. Press the button to choose your desired mode.
  4. Grasp Face Pro in your hand in the following way:
  • For the Face Pro 1.0: Make sure your fingers are in contact with the metal ring, and your palm is in contact with the metal strip, otherwise the device will not vibrate.
  • For the Face Pro 2.0: Make sure your finger/thumb is in contact with the upper metal plate, otherwise the device will not vibrate.

Glide Face Pro upwards along your jaw and cheeks.

Only use the device on healthy, intact skin on the face and neck. Do not use the device in the following areas:

  • Breast/Chest
  • Larynx/Throat
  • Groin
  • Eyelids
  • Under brow bone

What is the recommended duration and frequency of use?

Duration: 3-5 minutes is the total time for the whole session. Based on your own needs, you can choose either one colour per session, or mix multiple colours. If you decide to use multiple colours in one session, 1-2 minutes on each colour is sufficient.It's up to you if you decide to stick to one colour, or change colours on different days, you can find what works best for you. In most cases, our customers stick with just 3-4 minutes only on the red colour.

Frequency: ~3 times per week.

What is the purpose of each mode?

  1. CLEANSE (Green): Cleansing. Improves the appearance of toned jawline.
  2. EMS (Red): Anti-aging. Reduces appearance of wrinkles and fine-lines.
  3. HOT (Blue): Acne and inflammation. Reduces the appearance of adult acne, improving the appearance of radiant skin.

How long is charging, and how will I know if it's charged?

  • The package comes with a type-C -USB to USB charging cable.
  • Charging should take about 3 hours, or whenever the battery indicator turns a solid red color (Blumene 1.0) or a solid blue color (Blumene 2.0), whichever comes first.
  • As with all electronics, please make sure to avoid over-charging it.

Can I use the Face Pro with other skincare products?

Absolutely. For best results, use it with your serum/moisturizer. Avoid getting water on it.

How do I clean the Face Pro?

Please avoid soaking or spraying water on it. You can use a slightly damp cloth/tissue to gently wipe the instrument head. Allow to air dry or wipe it with a clean, dry tissue.

How long does it take to see results? 

Many of our customers report seeing results in as little as 4 weeks, but individual results may vary. Consistency is key.

What is the purpose of each mode?

What are the precautions/contraindications?

While our products are generally safe for most people, it's always best to err on the side of caution. Do not use Face Pro if you have/are:

  1. Recent fillers/injections within the past 4-6 weeks.
  2. Pregnancy
  3. Subdermal metal implants, including metal dental fillings
  4. Do not use it over the center of your neck over the throat/thyroid
  5. Under the age of 18
  6. People with cardiac pacemakers, or electronic implanted devices.
  7. People subject to seizures
  8. People with cancer/tumors
  9. People receiving photosensitizing medications or have photosensitive skin.
  10. Sensitive skin.
  11. People with a history of any skin condition.

Only use the device on healthy,intact skin on the face and neck. Do not use the device in the following areas:

  • Larynx/Throat
  • Groin
  • Eyelids
  • Under brow bone

Similar to any product, if you experience any irritation, redness, or rash, discontinue use immediately and consult with your healthcare professional.

Troubleshooting

If your Face Pro is not vibrating:

There are usually no issues with vibration. Most of the time, one of the following have occured:

  • Please make sure the device is fully charged. Please unplug it after charging.
  • Please make sure there is no water on the device.
  • For the Blumene 1.0: Please make sure your fingers are touching the metal induction ring and the white protective plastic cap is removed.
  • For the Blumene 2.0: Please make sure your finger/thumb is touching the upper metal plate (the plate with the icons).

If your Face Pro is not turning on:

There are usually never issues with turning on the device. Most of the time, it's because at least one of the following has happened. Please troubleshoot as below:

  • Make sure the device is fully charged (battery indicator will turn a solid red color once charged).
  • Make sure the device is unplugged.
  • Make sure the button was long pressed for 2+ seconds.
