How do I turn on the Face Pro?

After unplugging the Face Pro, long press the main button for about 2 seconds, and it should turn on.

How long is charging?

Blumene Face Pro 2.0: 3 hours or until the light turns a solid blue color (stops blinking). As with all electronics, please make sure to avoid over-charging it.

Blumene Face Pro 1.0: Two hours or until the battery indicator turns a solid red color (stops blinking). As with all electronics, please make sure to avoid over-charging it.

How long should I use the Face Pro for?

Five minutes each time, three to four times a week for best results.

Can I use the Face Pro with other skincare products?

Absolutely. For best results, use it with your serum/moisturizer. Avoid getting water on it.

How do I clean the Face Pro?

Please avoid soaking or spraying water on it. You can use a sllightly damp cloth/tissue to gently wipe the instrument head. Allow to air dry or wipe it with a clean, dry tissue.

Can I use the tools if I have sensitive skin?

Most of our skincare tools are gentle enough to use on sensitive skin, but we always recommend doing a patch test first to see how your skin reacts. If you experience any irritation or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult with your dermatologist.

Are your products cruelty-free? 

Absolutely. All of our products are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

What skin concerns do your products address? 

Our skincare tools are designed to address a variety of skin concerns, including wrinkles, fine lines, blemishes, acne, dark circles, and puffiness. Our LED Light Therapy Mask is especially used for reducing the signs of aging, killing acne-causing bacteria, preventing breakouts, and healing sun damage.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

Due to limited data, we do not suggest using this in pregnancy. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any new skincare products. While our products are generally safe for most people, it's always best to err on the side of caution when it comes to your health and the health of your baby.

How long does it take to see results? 

Many of our customers report seeing results in as little as 4 weeks, but individual results may vary. Consistency is key.

Can I use your skincare tools with my current skincare routine?

Yes, our skincare tools are designed to work in conjunction with your existing skincare routine.

What are the precautions/contraindications?

We do not recommend using this product if you have/are:

  1. Recent fillers/injections within the past 4-6 weeks
  2. Pregnancy
  3. Subdermal metal implants, including metal dental fillings
  4. Do not use it over the center of your neck over the throat/thyroid
  5. Under the age of 18
  6. People with cardiac pacemakers, or electronic implanted devices.
  7. People subject to seizures
  8. People with cancer/tumors
  9. People receiving photosensitizing medications or have photosensitive skin.
  10. Sensitive skin
  11. People with a history of any skin condition, apart from mild to moderate acne.

Only use the device on healthy,intact skin on the face and neck. Do not use the device in the following areas:

  • Breast/Chest
  • Larynx/Throat
  • Groin
  • Eyelids
  • Under brow bone

Similar to any product, if you experience any irritation, redness, or rash, discontinue use immediately and consult with your healthcare professional.

What are the wavelengths?

Red light: 620-625 nm

Green light: 520-525nm

My unit is not vibrating?

Blumene Face Pro 2.0:

As mentioned in the manual, please make sure your finger/thumb is in contact with the upper metal plate. This will activate the vibration/microcurrent upon contact with the face.

Blumene Face Pro 1.0:

Please make sure that when you're holding the device, your fingers are touching the metal ring, and your hand is in contact with the metal strip, otherwise the vibration will not work.
